The development of online multimedia lesson tools is a natural spin-off of our video and streaming management technologies.

An e-learning platform has been developed for the online masters of the Polytechnic of Milan: it integrates video lessons, supporting documents and ebooks into the same web page.

The same platform has been used for supporting English courses and is currently used for the training of young Tunisians interested in new job opportunities.

AI in the teaching sector



Now AI opens up new opportunities in the teaching sector. After having experimented with the use of avatars in a seminar dedicated to AI (see the recording) we decided to create an online school in our HR portal MMJOBS.

Here the avatars are the teachers of the basic courses, because they are more efficient and encourage attention: no longer long lessons with boring human professors, but short summaries to learn much faster. Of course, teachers' empathy is also important. Watch the promotional video: a demonstration of the expressiveness that can be achieved with modern technologies.

Human Resources



The Eteam activity in the HR sector originates from the placement site MMJOBS, an initiative developed jointly with Eurafrica Business, a Tunisian company that is now included in our partnership network. In a few weeks this website reached the threshold of 15,000 visitors / day, and is now the basis of our international activities in the HR sector.

A service for creating and updating CVs has been added to MMJOBS: this allows us and our partners to automatically collect and keep in a common data base a large number of CVs divided by type of activity.

We currently operate with some countries where we have developed a partnership network with local operators, in particular Tunisia, Canada, Italy and France. The user can select the most interesting CVs from the MMJOBS database and the team that manages these activities organizes the interviews online.




Online Job Fair on May 5-6, 2022

This online event was organized by Eteam International with the support of Eurafrica Business.

The aims of this initiative was to allow Canadian, French and Italian companies to select and interview a wide range of specialists, chosen from the most interesting curricula of the MMJOBS database.
